Dear Schoenstatt Mothers and friends,
Many blessings to all of you as we renew our covenant of love with our Mother Thrice Admirable, Queen, and Victress of Schoenstatt. The header picture is of Jesus in the monstrance at Epiphany Parish in Normal, Illinois.
Our year’s motto: Like Father, dare to offer ourselves for the Church is in action at this parish. Small beginnings sponsored by the Schoenstatt Mothers League are taking place with some groups of women participating in the Finding My Inner Balance Workshops. We keep them and this new beginning in our prayers! The link to Finding My Inner Balance is: https://www.findingmyinnerbalance.us/
Called Home to Eternity: One of our Living Monstrances, Mrs. Theresa Parker, returned to eternity on September 15, 2019 – on the same day, 51 years, after the death of Father Kentenich. Mrs. Parker, who lived close to our International Schoenstatt Center, came to adoration at the International Shrine of the Father Kingdom for many years. Her love for Jesus and Schoenstatt was shone in her home shrine, where she had a small image of a monstrance.
Mrs. Parker belonged to the Schoenstatt Mothers League group: Accents of Mary. Because of being home bound, her group went to her home as part of their August 2019 meeting and prayed the rosary with her. Mrs. Parker enjoyed this very much.
Funeral Information: On Thursday, September 19–at the Province of House of the Schoenstatt Sisters the visitation will take place from 9-11 am followed by the funeral Mass at 11 am. The luncheon will be at 12:30 pm at the Schoenstatt Retreat Center. If you are not able to come, please make a spiritual visit to the shrine and renew the covenant of love remembering Mrs. Parker between 11 am and noon.
Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.
Renewal of the Covenant of Love:
Let us unite spiritually in the Original Shrine via our home shrines and daughter shrines and renew our covenant of love together.

Schoenstatt History link -100 years of Schoenstatt Federation:
Last month on August 20, 2020, the Schoenstatt Federation communities celebrated their 100th anniversary (1919-2019). This anniversary sets the stage for women joining Schoenstatt one year later.
You are invited to discover something about the lives of the first women to join Schoenstatt. Next year, 2020 is the 100
th anniversary year of women joining Schoenstatt. In Part One, meet Gertraud von Bullion and some of the other women who began in Schoenstatt after the First World War. In October, Venerable Emilie Engel will be featured. These women were inspired by the words of St. Paul: The love of Christ compels us! May we follow in their footsteps and be inspired us to live for Schoenstatt with enthusiasm and mission consciousness.
